EG’s Flour Mill in Summer Hill is gearing up to launch its retail precinct with leasing opportunities starting in April. The Flour Mill site sold 85 per cent of its first release at the first weekend, have currently sold out Stage 1 and 2, and will be building another 360 apartments in the master planned community.
The vision for the project is about connectivity with the local community through landscaped parkland and the new retail component. The retail will be a carefully curated mix of retail, food and beverage concepts that will add to the residential amenity.
The Inner West’s prized development will be leased by Bonnefin Property, a premium agency who has partnered with EG acquiring retail tenants. The company is looking at high quality, eclectic mix of tenants who can create the new urban plaza.
The design focus is a seamless integration into the “old and new” model at the Flour Mill. The mix of heritage buildings and modern style opens the doors to a creative and unique offering for local residents.
“Eating out has become such an integral part of our everyday life, it connects us to our community, family and friends,” says Bonnefin Property Founder Angela Bonnefin.
“We are really looking forward to creating a fabulous Dining and Food precinct where people can relax, eat, catch up with friends and entertain. There is so much opportunity at the Flour Mill to create something magical.”
Current tenancies range from 52sqm to 162sqm (excluding outdoor seating), with comprehensive information available for interested parties.
