Roof structure for the lower buildings have been completed with the remaining taller buildings expected to top out in the coming months.
Plastering for all internal wall and ceilings are progressing up the building.
Services such as water, electricity and gas are being installed throughout the apartments.
The first look into the new retail area where new restaurants and cafes will bring the area to life.

Welcome to the family!
Summer Hill’s love for small bars and cool spaces just gifted us with Vernon’s Bar.
Named after the architect of the Federation-style Summer Hill Post Office, Walter Liberty Vernon, the bar is a perfect blend of heritage meets modern.
See that hook right there? According to Broadsheet, that’s the original hook from hoisting mail onto the sorting floor.
The bar opened in July, above the delightful One Penny Red, that has been gracing our evenings with creative cocktails and the gourmet delights from Head Chef R J Lines.
