About the artist

A recent Master of Visual Arts graduate from Canberra’s ANU, Becky Gibson is an artist drawn to the Australian landscape and the visible changes that occur within it. Her work focuses on these landscapes through which she seeks to document the changes that occur within and beyond the human time scale. Her practice aims to reach a point of truth, one that prioritises experience over appearance, both technically and formally, as well as in conception.

Garage Sale Trail

The Flour Mill is joining the Garage Sale Trail!

On Sunday, November 22, the community is coming together at the Mungo Scott plaza from 9am to 2pm to sell their pre-loved items and support a good cause.

In the case of wet weather, stalls will be moved inside the Mungo Scott building. COVID-19 guidelines will be enforced to ensure everyone’s safety.

All proceeds from the stall fees will be donated to Reverse Garbage, an inner west creative reuse centre that diverts 260 tonnes of industrial and commercial discards from landfill each year. We will also be encouraging shoppers to make a gold coin donation on the day. EG is matching the donation (up to $1000) so encourage your friends to come along!
