Why Should Kids Do Yoga?

Kids yoga classes are not only a fun way to build the physical strength for health and wellbeing but aim to improve focus and concentration, develop problem-solving skills, relieve anxiety and worry, decrease incidences of challenging behaviour and improve compassion towards self and others. These classes are also held outside so it’s a great way to connect with nature!
